Psi Chi will be hosting a grad school panel in SAL 101 on

	Wednesday, March 28, 2007
from	6:00pm - 7:00pm

We will be having Shayna Kessel, a graduate advisor; Kimberly Maes,former graduate advisor and now filling in as psyc advisor; and Kelly Bishop from Kaplan speaking about the GRE classes and exam.

Come with questions about the grad school application process and an appetite for knowledge and Pasta Roma. For graduating seniors, this is one of your last chances to get a point this semester.

All majors welcome!!

Elections for next year's psi chi board will be held April 10; and the induction banquet will be held on April 13 in swanky Upstairs Commons at 6pm.

We will be taking Psi Chi yearbook pictures on November 15, 2006 at 6:30pm -- and the yearbook is in color this year! so mark the date on the calendar and make sure to do the laundry that week--a stain might not be visible in black and white but it will show up in color for sure

If you guessed f, you're wrong! hah! I totally did eat all those things, but I'm not in the video. Not only did we have great food, but we also discussed how Vivian knew Tyra Banks in high school (!) and more importantly, watched America's Next Top Model with Dr Walsh (!!!)

If you're kicking yourself for missing the event, don't forget about the first Faculty Bio of the year on Wednesday, October 18th from 6-7:30pm with Dr. Lu. Dr. Lu is currently conducting research on brain imaging, perceptual learning and visual neural networks. We will hear from Dr. Lu and then take a tour of the new fMRI facilities! This is a rare opportunity and spaces are limited. There are currently only 10 spots left so RSVP now! The deadline to RSVP is October 13th. Refreshments will be provided, so come get your points and snack on!

Psi Chi Dessert Night

Psi Chi Dessert Night--October 4th at 8pm. This is a social event that will be held in our Vice President and Treasurer's apartment just off campus. All those who are sure they can make it, should RSVP on facebook or by sending an e-mail to psichi@usc.edu by Monday, October 2nd. An e-mail will be sent to those who RSVP detailing where on campus we will meet to walk to the apartment. You will receive a point for attending this event!

Hello everyone!

Psi Chi will be holding a Volunteer Opportunities Panel on September 20th from 6-7:30pm in SGM 124. Representatives from TeamWorks, P.A.T.H., Violence Intervention Program, APA Dispute Resolution Center, Planned Parenthood, USC Volunteer Center, and JEP will come out to talk about volunteer/intern opportunities for undergraduate psychology students. This is a great opportunity to learn what's out there, get experience, have your questions answered and get your Psi Chi points! All are welcome to attend and FREE PIZZA will be served!!!!

Involvement Fair Aug 23 details

The Involvement Fair on Wed (Aug 23) will be held on Trousdale Parkway from 11 to 2pm. We can begin check-in and set up our table at 9:30am. Since there are so many organizations on campus and every org wants a table, it is very lucky for us to get one. It is a great opportunity for Psi Chi to promote our reputation on campus and let people sign up to learn more about membership.
